Program description.

Law Offices of Joshua B. Kons, LLC ("we," "us") offers SMS text messaging to users who opt in through our applications and services. Messages include calendar and appointment reminders, schedule-change notifications, account alerts, and other transactional or informational messages related to the services you have enrolled in. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.

How to opt in. You may enroll by entering your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box in your account settings or during signup. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. After you enroll, you will receive a one-time confirmation message.

Message frequency.

Message frequency varies based on your calendar activity and notification settings. Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings.

Supported carriers.

Compatible with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with vendors that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS service provider) and only for that purpose. See our full Privacy Policy.
